MSPAlliance Launches E-Recycling Program for Global Membership

CHICO, CA, (March 10, 2010) – The International Association of Managed Service Providers (MSPAlliance - www.mspalliance.com) today announced the launch of its new E-Recycling Program for MSPs. Beginning in April, MSPAlliance members will be able to participate in this innovative program to assist MSPs and end-users with hardware lifecycle management. The E-Recycling Program will be offered in partnership with Intercon Solutions.

“The E-Recyling Program is unique in that it gives our members the ability to offer clients an alternative to simply throwing away valuable hardware.” said Charles Weaver, President of MSPAlliance. “Now, MSPs can offer true lifecycle management of hardware that is safe, secure, and eco-friendly.”

Utilizing state of the art recycling methodologies, the MSPAlliance E-Recycling Program ensures that equipment is first securely wiped of all data before being processed. Members in both the US and Canada can take advantage of the program. In addition, MSPs can build this recycling model into their current managed services offerings in order to ensure proper disposal of hardware while managing equipment lifecycles.
